Timur Valiev

So who is he?

To some extent he is the sound critic.
He is a person who in his trade pay all attention to the studio work: he stamps the samples which are impregnated with dip, edit sounds, he is cope with programming of synths and do the sound engineering of such devices as Roland, Korg. As a rule there are synthesizers models like Juno, JX, TR. Also he use effect processors, and several ADATT for digital recording.
As the consequence of this, his music, despite the rather rigid IDM-rhythms, often has a melancholic mood and is breathing somehow anguish.

He is not interested in the result of the rapidity but in quality of the product. That’s why he has been working on his debut album for two years, shattering the boundaries of genres, and try not tie to any particular style.
"I don’t want to be popular - he says. - I just want always be on the way on which I am now, and be recognizable in the nonprofit circles. "

Timur himself  treats with a lack of understanding to those musicians and DJs who are trying themselves in the producing of compositions of non-core genres. "I don’t understand when the house musicians make the albums rich on poppy sounds. It is naturally, when we do not stand behind the board and do not at the club, we listen the music of different genres, but I think its not necessary to demonstrate their musical charm. If you want to change your music, then simply remove the hackneyed samples and a bass drum, so you let the rhythm do the work for you. After all, we - all the same product is not bits and beats, and we must reflect and properly convey this atmosphere. "
Today Timur is  generation of the Indeks  family.
